All items are sealed in a clear plastic bag then placed into a sturdy box to protect it during its journey to you.
*Due to the limited flight spaces the post office will charge extra fee for the volume of the packaged. Orders that are less than 200g will be packed in a poly bubble mailer instead of a box.
•All orders are sent out by using K-packet (Korea Post) with a tracking number and they will be delivered by your local postage service.
•Free international shipping over $85 USD
•Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. are the buyer's responsibility.
•Due to COVID-19, worldwide shipping is not available from my store at the moment. Shipping to most of the countries are restricted however when more countries are available I will make an announcement on my store and on my Instagram.
• Flights spaces are very limited and shipping companies are increasing shipping fees every few months. While I am trying my best to offer reasonable shipping fees to customers the prices might have to be adjusted depending on certain situations.
All orders are inspected and packed by me. It normally takes 2-3 business days to pack them and in busy seasons it could take 3-5 days. I will process them as fast as I can but please allow enough time.
Once the shipping starts, you will receive an automatic email notification with a tracking number. If you didn't receive an email please check your spam box or contact me.
If your tracking number doesn't state anything please allow another day for the post-service to update the shipping state. It could also be because due to weekends or holidays.
Due to the coronavirus situation, there is a huge delay with the shipping. The estimated delivery time is from 4-10 weeks or longer. Delay is caused because your parcel is either waiting on available space on a cargo flight or waiting for the next available spot on a container ship to bring it overseas to you. This means even though I have sent out your order, it could still get stuck at the hub until the next available flight.
Restricted Shipping to Certain International Locations

This rarely happens but If your shipping has passed more than 12 weeks please try contacting your local postage service first and your family or neighbors, just in case they have received it.
If the status states it is completed or missing these are some of the reasons why you didn't receive your order:
•The carrier attempted to deliver the package but no one was available.
•The package could have sent to a wrong address due to misspelling or submitting an incorrect address.
• The package is lost or stolen. Sometimes the carrier leaves the package in your mailbox. If you think it is stolen or lost please try contacting your local postage service and check whether they have actually delivered it and contact me for the insurance.
Missing item/ wrong item
Make sure to check the box whether you have taken out everything. Please send me a photo of all the items you have received and I will contact you and try to send you the correct order ASAP.
•Pre-orders are a way to help the fund the production of an item. It is the cheapest opportunity to get a discount of an item however because the production can only begun after the pre-order period, the time can take up to 5~10 weeks to arrive.
•Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any pre-order items.
•I do not offer individual updates about pre-orders however you are always welcome to use the contact form / email to reach out with any questions about a pre-order status!
• Orders that contain a pre-order item will ship once all items within the order are on and and ready for shipment - for example: if you pre-order an in stock, ready to ship item along with a pre-orer item, the entire order will ship once your pre-order item has arrived and is ready for shipment!
Refunds & Exchanges
• No returns OR refunds will be processed from this store.
• PayPal will no longer return processing fees (4.4% + $0.30) when seller refunds a customer starting from October 11, 2019. Please make sure to double check your order because once payments come though If is very difficult to issue a refund.
• Refunds or exchanges are only available when the wrong item has been sent or if there are defects with the product.
