•All orders are sent out by using Korea Post and they will be delivered by your local postage service.

•Free international shipping over $100 USD  (non tracking).

Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. are buyer's responsibility.

Shipping options

I offer two shipping methods:

•Default shipping (no tracking or insurance)

Advanced shipping (tracking number included + up to $150USD insurance)

For the Advanced shipping you will have to purchase a shipping item with your order.

I do NOT take any responsibility for damaged or missing parcels, if the Advanced shipping hasn't been purchased together. 

Please if you are concerned about the shipping add the advanced shipping which is $5 USD.

Processing time

All orders are inspected and packed by me. It normally takes 2-3 business days to pack them and in busy seasons it could take 3-5 days. I will process them as fast as I can but please allow enough time. 

Once the shipping starts, you will receive an automatic email notification and If you have used Advanced shipping the email will include a tracking number.  If you didn't receive an email please check your spam box or contact me.

If your tracking number doesn't state anything please allow another day for the post service to update the shipping state. It could also be because due to weekends or holidays. 

Transit Times

For international shippings I cannot guarantee how long it will take to reach you. It really depends on your local postage service or other factors like customs, weather, holidays and holiday seasons. 

Shipping could take from 2-6weeks and sometimes up to 8 weeks.  

Missing order

This rarely happens but If your shipping has passed more than 8 weeks please try contacting your local postage service first and your family or neighbours, just in case they have received it. Once the non tracking shippings are sent out I have no control over them.

If you have purchased the advanced shipping and the status states it is completed or missing these are some of the reasons why you didn't receive your order:

•The carrier attempted to deliver the package but no one was available.

•The package could have sent to a wrong address due to misspelling or submitting incorrect address.

• The package is lost or stolen. Sometimes the carrier leaves the package in your mail box. If you think it is stolen or lost please try contacting your local postage service and check whether they have actually delivered it and contact me for the insurance.

Missing item/ wrong item

Make sure to check the box whether you have taken out everything. Please send me a photo of all the items you have received and I will contact you and try to send you the correct order ASAP.


All items are sealed in a clear plastic bag then placed into a sturdy box to protect it during its journey to you. If large amount of items are purchased, I will pack them with bubble wraps..

Refunds & Exchanges

• No returns OR refunds will be processed from this store. 

• Refunds or exchanges are only available when the wrong item has been sent.
